Fees paid for training courses are generally non-refundable once the course has started. However, refund requests may be considered under special circumstances before the course commencement.
Franchise application or processing fees are non-refundable, as they involve administrative and evaluation costs.
If a payment is made twice due to technical error or system issue, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
